After a well played game last night in Oklahoma City the Thunder had a one point lead late into the fourth quarter against the Lakers.  As we all know the Lakers get the ball to one place in this moment in time, and Kobe Bryant was the shooter and Russell Westbrook was the defender.  The shot was released and we all would guess the ending would be Kobe knocking down another Buzzer Beater.  Instead he missed the SHOT!!!!!!!  With 1 second on the clock Pau Gasol catches the rebound and puts the ball in the rim with .5 seconds on the clock to leave the Thunder with not much left to do but pray any type of show would fall with a quick release.  Westbrook catches the ball and throws a prayer up and it was not answered and the Los Angeles Lakers now advance to the second round with a one point win over the Thunder.  Instead of a very somber mode the Thunder fans Cheered at the games end and even though the young boys of Oklahoma are going fishing the NBA now has something to worry about in years coming.  Kobe Bryant was an opponent they needed to take on to have a good grasp of  NBA playoff experience!
